spacious room complimentary pastry easy parking helpful staff
I liked the room size. It felt very spacious. the complimentary pastries and coffee were a good bonus. parking was available, made things easier for me. the staff helped me when i asked about local dining options.
The ceiling lights flickered a little. It was a minor issue.

The hotel sits very close to the beach. It was a short walk across the street. i found the neighborhood good for walking. i enjoyed being close to the wharf. It was accessible.

The staff at check-in seemed cordial. the staff seemed helpful with directions. the team accommodated an early check-in. This was helpful after a three-hour drive. the staff was attentive and professional.

helpful service local coffee easy access excellent location
the front desk service stood out as very helpful. ameil provided local coffee and apples each morning. pastries sometimes. he and other staff promptly responded to any requests i had. the location offers easy access to both east beach and cabrillo boulevard, really perfect to walk to the wharf, harbor, and even the center of town.
the room needs a refresh, as some night tables had peeling veneer, but that did not affect my visit

the staff was really kind. our room was a superior king room. the location is close to the beach though, i did like that.
the room felt a bit outdated. the bathroom was old and needing some work. i had to pay an extra fee for parking, which i didn't love.

The staff were very friendly. the room decor was nice. I liked the layout. toiletry products were included, and there were enough towels.

The room had a refrigerator. A microwave and a toaster were available in the lobby. Jimmy was helpful . I appreciated the location near East Beach.
