I liked the room size. It felt very spacious. the complimentary pastries and coffee were a good bonus. parking was available, made things easier for me. the staff helped me when i asked about local dining options.

the front desk service stood out as very helpful. ameil provided local coffee and apples each morning. pastries sometimes. he and other staff promptly responded to any requests i had. the location offers easy access to both east beach and cabrillo boulevard, really perfect to walk to the wharf, harbor, and even the center of town.
the room needs a refresh, as some night tables had peeling veneer, but that did not affect my visit
